Have used this service for a few years now. When I want to send a gift to my family in India IGP is the first place I go to. Their service is exemplary. The associate at the Chennai office on the day the gift was to be delivered called my sister and let her know the gifts would be delivered by 12.00 pm that day, a great touch! It is really nice doing business with this company.

It's been an exciting experience by sending gifts through IGP. This was my first experience as well by using IGP services. It was safe, fast and with lots of support from the customer service department. The delivery person was professional and well behaved, I would like to thank him (Mr. Abhishek) and IGP to bring the happiness to my home through their service with satisfaction. I really liked the Customer support service from igp team. First of all when i received a defect product i was worried about the return policy and all then i wrote a mail to the igp team regarding the issue and they replied and solved my issue very nicely. I really like the customer support.

I wish I could give a zero. Very poor service and no information regarding the order. You send e-mail and you always get system generated message. Keep on calling the customer care and all they give you is a stupid photo of delivery at an address which is not verified.. atleast give the name of person receiving the parcel. I ordered cake for my husband on his birthday which was supposed to be delivered on 7thSep 2022 and till date it had not been delivered. Order dispatched on 6th not delivered and once they showed delivered on 9th they couldn't even tell to whom they have delivered. Spending 4.5k on a cake is a stupid idea.. even stupid to send it from a site like igp.. pls don't waste your hard earned money on this site. They don't value you and your money. I lost my trust on you @IGP.com.. I may have lost some money.. but you lost a customer.. my order no 7815902

I really appreciate their service. I made order out from india. 1st attempt they failed to make the delivery same time informed me and tried multiple time to reach out my receiver. I really like the way they made the service and the product was also 👌

I have used some other apps also but however I understand for them it's just a business but I feel for you guys it's your "junoon" to never let down your customer's trust .
